What are my responsibilities?

💻This is a unique combined role where you work approximately 70% as a salesperson and 30% as a team leader. The role is newly established, giving you a fantastic opportunity to shape working methods, team dynamics, and results. You will have full personnel responsibility for three salespeople: one in Stockholm, one in Umeå, and one in Gothenburg. As a team leader, you will lead, follow up, and develop the team. You will also have sales responsibility for parts of the northern district: Uppsala, Gävle, and Dalarna. You will drive business related to the installation and service of critical infrastructure within electrical and communication solutions.

Examples of tasks:

In sales

  • Engage with local customers in the respective geographical area
  • Process target customers and work with both prospects and incoming inquiries
  • Be responsible for your own budget and the team's
  • Submit bids together with the district's team (designers, production, calculation)
  • Build and develop local relationships, often as the customer's natural contact person

In team lead

  • Lead, follow up, and develop the salespeople in the team
  • Conduct employee conversations and be responsible for competence development
  • Support the team in the sales process
  • Ensure activities, pace, and follow-up
  • Build culture and drive the group's joint work forward

In summary, it is an exciting and combined role of leading a small team while also being responsible for your own sales within a geography.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in economics
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, energy, telecommunications, or related fields
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry and an understanding of how the market works
  • Knowledge and experience of ABT06 and AB04
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you have experience in:

  • Complex sales in larger organizations
  • Contractual business (construction, service in similar areas)
  • Sales according to LOU

You are confident in leading others and care about your colleagues. Additional information

The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period.
